Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states. Orders are delivered by UPS. We can't ship to P.O. Boxes, so please use a street address.

Shipping costs

Standard UPS shipping is free on every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for $13.99. Faster UPS delivery options, where available, are shown with their price at checkout.

How delivery works

Orders ship from Bellevue, Washington. Once your order is placed, we pick and pack it as quickly as we can. As soon as it is handed to UPS you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

We don't promise a delivery date: delivery times depend on UPS and on your location. Once your order ships, UPS tracking shows the expected delivery date, which UPS may change. Carriers occasionally experience delays from weather or other events outside our control.

If we can't ship your order within 30 days, we will email you before then with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating, your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, please email us at support@finesfoam.com with your order number and we will work with UPS to sort it out.

Returns
