A blanket is a feel, and the only real test is your own bed in your own weather. So take 100 nights. If it isn't the best-sleeping blanket you've owned, send it back for a full refund.

When does the trial start?
The day your order is delivered. You get the full 100 nights with the blanket actually on your bed.
Buying it as a Christmas gift?
Order as normal. When your confirmation email arrives, reply with the word gift and we'll start their 100 nights on Christmas Day (register by December 24). If it isn't right for them, a free swap or a refund of the price paid, return shipping paid. Either of you can arrange it by quoting the order number.
Which products does it cover?
Everything we make: the blanket, The Complete Bed, fitted sheets and pillowcases. Clearance items are the one exception, they're final sale unless faulty.
What condition does a return need to be in?
Clean, with no stains, damage or pet hair, in its original packaging if you still have it. Washing, crinkling or the odd pulled thread isn't damage. Sleeping under it is what the trial is for, just keep the packaging until you've decided.
How do returns and refunds work?
Email support@finesfoam.com and we'll organize a return label, then send your return back within 14 days of starting it. Once your return is processed, your refund goes to your original payment method, usually within 2-5 business days. If you paid for express shipping, that fee isn't refundable. Rather a different color or size? Swapping is free; if the new size costs more or less, we charge or refund the difference.
What about the free pillowcase gift?
The free pillowcase set belongs with the blanket. If you return the blanket for a refund, the set comes back with it, or we deduct its $41 regular price from your refund.
Do Alaska and Hawaii orders get the trial?
Yes, the same 100 nights. The same free prepaid UPS return label applies too. Full details are in our refund policy.
